It is the "hatred" of God being created in you. Which is your Spiritual growth in the Life of your "Abba Father/Daddy, Jehovah". Where He is raising you in. And yeah. It is also against yourself.
There the Holy War will start. And then move on to your family and neighborhood and town and the world at large.
Hebrews 1:
8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
And at the Right Moment it will "Explode" in the Holy War and your Anointing as a Bride. Where you get the White Horse and the Armies of Heaven to take on the beast and the false prophet and all their followers.

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
