Hey gang I got some good news and bad news. The bad news is I am about 5’9” and weigh 297. That sounds heavy. The good news is I used to weight 337. It’s taken quite a while to get here. I’m not ashamed to talk about body weight. In fact it is good we can talk to others about this. I know what it is like. I think it bothers oneself more than anyone else. Let’s talk about weight loss. If you’re overweight not to worry lots of us need to admit first. Not to hide. It’s not a sin. But once we see this we then can try to do something about it. I try to mix humor in my posts. It is also in fact how to deal with weight loss and other problems. We have to laugh at ourselves. Tell your husband this. How did I get that fat? Tell him my secret was….. I just kept eating barrels of food oink oink hahaha.
Well in 2005 I was in the hospital and I was having trouble with my digestive system. My weight went down a lot. I felt like a skeleton. So I made a come back. The doctors were able to help me. So I wanted to put weight back on and I sure did hahaha. I not only had to change what I was eating but how much I was eating. It’s difficult at first. I also encourage regular exercise which can include things like bicycling swimming lifting weights Cardio and other things that help the calorie factor. The Surgeon General says we should do both but even though he is a General he won’t make us join the Army hahaha. Your friend RJ
