The bible has said that nobody has ever seen God. So what do you think he looks like?

I do not believe that He can be seen with the natural eyes of men [unless God has allowed a visible manifestation to be seen, but normally, no]. To really see God we have to have the "eyes to see" which come to us only by means of the Holy Ghost. While from the beginning of our walk with God we do have a vision without which we perish [Prov 29:18], our vision is "through a glass darkly" as per I Cor 13:12. Even a naturally blind man can have these "eyes to see" by the Holy Ghost.

Eventually if we endure to the end, we will be able to see Him face to face:

"For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known." I Cor 13:12
