Greetings,
I have not long finished a delicious 3 in 1 Juice.
It consisted of carrots, apples and ginger.
Having access to these three is a start.
Access to electricity helps run a juicer, too! I used a Champion juicer that crushes rather than the centrifugal ones that render different results.
So, being equipped with the above, Cut apples to fit down the plunger hole and top the carrots, slice a few slices of fresh ginger.
I don't put all the carrots through in one shot but a couple or so carrots followed by a few pieces of apple then more carrot, etc. and pop a slice of ginger in here and there.
It was roughly the same weight /size of carrots and apples and about a walnut sized chunk of ginger. Roughly 1kg (2lb) of apple and carrots.
Makes a few cups or glasses 3-4.
The end result was ONE very tasty juice made from THREE !!!
Does anyone have any mixes they have made and enjoyed?
Bless you ....><>
