I had a weird dream last night and I wonder if anyone knows what it could mean?

I was around Jesus, but He was wearing modern 21 century clothes, and there was this room sucking Him into it and I kept crying and tried pulling Him out of it until I saved Him.

How weird is this? He's the one who saved me.

I would say that there must be something in your subconscious that is causing you to have some fear about loosing your salvation. That is what God put on my heart to tell you.

Also, look around and examine your life and see if there is some sin you are struggling with. The enemy would like us to believe if we fall we loose our salvation so we might as well keep falling. Even though you may not consciously think or believe that, it could be in your subconscious which will come out in a dream.

The reason Jesus would be dressed in clothes of today is because it is something you are dealing with your life now.

In the time that we're living in right now, so many Christians are trying to remake Jesus, fitting him into 2009. Where is Jesus, is he being sucked into what we what him to be. We see these t-shirts saying "Jesus is my home boy " or silly movies like Jesus super star. He shed his blood so we can be a new creation , yet we refuse to change, Instead we upgrade the church, we compromise to look like the world, to get the world to like us, or better yet to save the world.

The gospel need saving, the church needs saving....the message of the cross needs saving.

We need to stop compromising the truth, every time we neglect the truth we are pushing Jesus into a room.

This dream is a message to the church....
He shed his blood for us, to reconcile us with God because there is no remission of sins without the shedding of blood. He was the final sacrifice. We need to keep the gospel pure, stop preaching and teaching what feels good, looks good, sounds good.

The bible does not need a make over, nor does Jesus.
That's it.

When it comes to our salvation, the bible and Jesus....old school is the best school.
