The simple answer to your question is because it is all about Jesus. We talk about Jesus. Without Jesus we are nothing, we can do nothing.

In the meantime, why do you ask if it applies to chat also? I know why (per your pm earlier) so please refrain from sarcasm and selfish disregard for the hard work put into this ministry. If you're not helping the ministry you should criticize it. That's not edifying to the body nor glorifying to GOD.

I'm aware that our English language is difficult to learn. As with other countries and languages, the usage that is taught in the classroom is different than the usage one encounters in casual conversation. As you said, TalkJesus is both a verbal usage and a noun usage (Name of the site).
