A time to consider

I remember after coming to Jesus,I had some work to do on building my house in him. I thought then,I had to right foundation! I build my house in Jesus upon Faith,for I knew that without faith, I cound never please GOD!! ( hebrews 11:6)

My house I thought was complete,I stood back and looked at it,and thought" What a fine House in God I have made,humm I had made! Many things happened, to long to write here,but in the end my house fell down,and yes Great was its fall!!( matt 7:21-27!)

For many years after this I backslide,I could not understand what I had done wrong!Finally in prayer one afternoon God told me,that I is pride,and that PRIDE comes before a great fall,not only did I myself fall,but also the house I made!

Proverbs 16:18 and proverbs 11:1 humm balance to? I thought.OK let I not rebuild the house,Let Jesus rebuild my house for me,for only he is wise enough to use the proper building blocks to build my house for me, so that I may dwell in it without fear!!

Jesus came and poured my foundation,LOVE,Jesus came to give balance to the house under the toughest winds and rain,Jesus put up my windows,for his Light( psalm 119:105) Jesus sustained me and my house in him( psalm 119:116-117) and then when my house was almost finished,Jesus put the final touch on my house!!( john 14:27 The very CORE!!! of LOVE! Peace! Now my brothers and sisters may you also consider what I myself did not!

Check your house to see if it is indeed in perfect order. Check yourself out as well.( 2 Cor 13:5-9!!) Now I thought after Jesus completed my house I was done!! AH NO!! Jesus then said no GO!! and help others to build in me,rather then in them,show them through me in you, how to build,give them the same confidence I gave you!!

Love bears LOVE and with LOVE!! BEARS the core to my LOVE,my PEACE!! which surpassess ALL understanding!( phil 4:7) and with this peace you now have in ME,YOU can give to another!! So they to can think upon GOOD THINGS!! ( Phil 4:8-9)!!

I never tell anyone what they must do,I present what Jesus has told to me,you yourselves can judge this for your ownselves.Just do this please!! DO LOOK! DO examine both your house in Christ and yourself,PLEASE!! DO THIS!! because if you do not,a mighty wind will come to destroy your house,and I would be very sad for you,because I know how hard it was for me to even want to rebuild!! Finally dear brothers and sisters,with all of this have purpose! Let nothing stop you from moving on in Jesus!! GO ALL THE WAY! Finish the race,gain the prize,and win in Jesus,for Jesus and yes by Jesus!( 1 Cor 9:23-27!!) Blessing unto you all in our Jesus!

Dear Brighthouse,
I think I can relate to this. There is one thing I want to ask - if you realise after you've had a fall, that there must have been pride - how do you make sure it doesn't rise up again? I don't think that I recognise pride (in myself especially) all that well sometimes and would like to be more aware of when it happens so would welcome any pointers to that if possible too.

I think ladies are better guarding against this then men.Most women are always in touch with there emotions,while most men lead with theres. Some men that is do.I did.And I found by doing this,I, rather then the Lord in me conquered,I did this in Christ, I cast MY Faith!, I believed God,Learn from me!! Look what I did!!

At first, to many this may sound like one just making a good confesson about self,but the more I did this,the more Jesus was my servent. AH WRONG!! You know you are in trouble by listening to your own words,do they edify self? or Jesus?

Thinking more highly of oneself is more then tempting,it follows most of those who are in the faith movment as I was. When my house fell,and great was its fall,Jesus told me who is the Master and who should always be a servent. For one to have authority in Christ, one must first be under authority!!
