Cinnamon is a blood thinner.
I had surgery for pancreatic cancer stage 4. Before I had that surgery, I was told to get off of and stay off of blood thinners so I can have that surgery.
I was surprised to find out that multivitamins, vitamin C, & vitamin E, were also blood thinners.
I was taking "Garlique" to lower cholesterol naturally, but I knew that was a blood thinner.
Then that one a day baby aspirin had to stop as well.
Makes me wonder if all those blood thinning supplements had caused my neuroendocrine pancreatic cancer?
Clear everything with your family doctor in what you are taking.
I was taking supplements because I was led to believe we are not getting everything we need from food, especially fast foods or frozen foods as if missing vital nutrients.
Makes me wonder if I am doubting God's words that I am getting everything that I need from my food when I give thanks.
Same thing with the washing of hands custom before eating dinner that seems to be a Pharisees' practice even though Jesus said that it is not what goes into the mouth that defiles us, but what comes from the heart out of the mouth.
Still washing my hands though to prevent sickness even though that is not what defiles us as Jesus says..

I doubt the medical field are putting two and two together like that but if I had to stop all those blood thinning supplements for that surgery, and too much cinnamon may cause cancer, I do have to wonder if I was taking too much blood thinning supplement that it would be akin to taking too much cinnamon?
