This is such a serious large subject. I can only understand that any automatic right to abortion is removed.

So what do you think of this change in law, from a Christian perspective?

True....and that does not consider the damage the woman does to herself....
Well, a woman's safety medically is a huge concern. We do not want back street abortions ever again. That is too awful. But it is also wrong to make things so easy that the baby's life is considered far too easy to get rid of.

Nobody would kill a newborn, yet if still unborn, it is done. The matter is huge in terms of ethics and must be carefully considered.

The Supreme Court (du jour) of the United States of America is the body which INTERPRETS LEGALLY what the U.S. CONSTITUTION SAYS at the federal level.

The Supreme Court (du jour), has ruled that there is NO LEGAL BASIS for a Claim that Abortion is a "RIGHT" for citizens of the United States - i.e. they washed their hands of the whole thing, and passed the buck to the States. AT LEAST that takes the Federal Government out of the Baby killing business, which is a good thing.

However, it DIDN'T RULE that abortion is illegal. So essentially the ruling only shifts the responsibility for dealing with Abortion from one collection of Federal Beauocrats, to 50 other collections of bureaucrats in each state.

Some States will outlaw it outright possibly with exceptions, some states will "Regulate" it to one degree or another, And some States will just allow it across the board for any reason (there'$ Money to be made, after all).

"Planned Parenthood" (so called) will have some re-organizing to do, in order to stay in bu$ine$$.

At least 13 states, mine included, have laws which go into effect within 30 days should Roe be overtuned and it has.
Happy Pro-life month!
