Hi everyone,

When do we share and when do we not share? I've read bible verses such as God loves a cheerful giver that I've learned from a web article written by Bob titled 21 Bible Verses About Giving (you can look it up on Google). This might sound like "do you even understood the verses?" statement, but when do we initiate sharing? Is it only when someone asks? Or when you see someone in need?

I'm currently training myself to be a true happy giver as indicated in the bible. But are there cases when you don't share? Like for instance during a job hunt, you compete with everyone, you don't teach your competitors do's and don'ts or give vital information about getting the job cause he/she might get the job instead of you or he/she might get the opportunity and not you.

This attitude of "you want to be the first to have or the first to make use of it before you share a particular (idea/information) with others" wrong? Particularly in an entrepreneur / investor point of view.

Have you ever felt that feeling that there's something for you to share but because you don't know that person and moreover you don't like that person, you don't share it with that person. You become selective. You share only with those people you feel like sharing as of the moment or only to your love ones or those who are good to you. Is this normal? Is this okay?

I apologize if I may sound weird or stupid. But I just want to learn what's right and be clear. Can you please pray for me about on my understanding of this? Am I being paranoid and over-thinking and making things complicated? Hope you can help me out. Thank you in advance and God Bless you all.
