Not sure where to start---Are you a Christian?---On the natural side, get a big punching bag and fight with it til you are exhausted---That way you'll be less apt to vent your anger on others---Whatever is troubling you and causing you to be angry, the Lord is certainly capable of delivering you from it and replacing His love in your heart instead.

I don't think I've ever meant anyone who was happy at losing---But if that be the case you can do it victoriously and honorably----Again it's very difficult to give any advise to one liners as it's easy to go in so many directions---If you want to fill us in with a little background then perhaps someone could answer you more specifically and be more of an encouragement to you.

If you are e true believer and God really has begun to work in your life, then is just a matter of time until you will have victory over this sin.
The evidence you are a genuine believer is that you are looking unto Jesus and growing in sanctification.

Read Galatians 5 and there you will find out more about your problem.

Those fruits of the spirit in Galatians 5 are available to us ONLY by the regenerating power of God The Holy Spirit.

So pray to God to sanctify you and to cleanse you from all your filthiness and all your idols.

followinghim BOY!! Can I identilfy with you!! I was so bad at losing, I could cuse the wallpaper right off of a wall! And the worst part of this for me?? I honestly enjoyed it,which made winning even that much more fun, when I did win at anything!!

Now Jesus came into my life,and like you,oh dear!! What kind of a witness is this??Here is what helped me to overcome this terrible habit. First your user name says it all! In order to follow, we must like anything, learn how to follow.Well the very first thing that Jesus had me deal with, is what I put in my mind.Rom 12:1-2 We have to replace our tape in our head! The passion you have to winning is not a bad one!! It is just misplaced!As mine was! 1Cor 9:23-27 is the correct passion to with THIS RACE! again please read out loud so you can hear!!

Because Faith in us comes by hearing!! ( Rom 10:17) Now the only question for you to answer is one point??How bad to you want this?? As much as you enjoy winning as I do,this is worth all the hard effort,and hard work!! It is HARD!! I know!

If it were not my brother,then everyone would do it! This is why Jesus tells us in Philippians 4:8 what to think on.But before we can do this,we must work very hard on letting Jesus from our inside change our outside.This is done, by studing his Word,daily!

For if i wanted to get to know you,I would have to spend a great deal of time with you.SAME! Reading HIS WORD! speaking His Word,conforms us TO HIS WORD! This is how I began,it took about 3 tough months for me,but Jesus in me, workes with me to help me so much in winning!!! This race!

We win as we FOLLOW! We cannot lead,ever! No matter how much we think we have learned,and how much we know,we must always follow.I had to learn this the hard way! I pray you do not! This of couse is only part of what we should do,but when we can line up our tongue!! as James 3 tells us, we find the rest of our body can,and will follow, as we will it to be so in Jesus mighty name!

What is in Jesus name you may ask? see for yourself.Phil 2:9-11 not just every knee shall bow,but everything! We will always do, what we most want to do.our only question comes from Jesus in us,how far will you pick up your cross and follow after me? Like you brother,I am in the race to WIN!!! amen!! Specifically, what are you getting angry about losing? (i.e., A sporting event, a business venture, your car keys?)

I'm trying to better understand your situation and where the anger is directed (towards yourself or others), before I respond.

Sometimes when we shine a light in a certain area of our lives we seem to upset little entities that have dwelt comfortably there for sometime.
The mere fact you know it's a problem is the beginning of dislodging it.

It's not you,it's a problem.You don't have an anger problem an anger problem has you.
When it appears tell it that it has no place in you.That it never did and that you refuse to offer it comfort or aid.Replace the thought with "Thank you Jesus" and smile,grab your cross an follow him.

I can never play a video game at a level I know I can beat because it turns out that I am a challenge oriented being who finds recreation to be getting my butt kicked.

I learn every time I lose at something so sometimes I tell adversity that it is just paying for my education.All things work together for good because all things work together to accomplish God's plan.
