my mum made me drink two table spoons of apple cider vinger ,as a child im not sure why but i know it was health reasons ,to this day even the smell of vinger makes me feel ill, i know how good for you it is and its a shame i have tried to start inculding it in my diet but each time i do i feel phyiscally ill, any tips on how to take it ? :shade:
I tried drinking it and was not enjoying taking it when I found out how good it is meant to be. I buy it in tablet form and swallow them with a glass of water. See if you can buy them in your health food shop in a bottle. I use Holland and Barrett.
