Apple Cider Vinegar

There are so many good properties of apple cider vinger. It seems to be good for the joints. I was at a basketball game and a friend of the family notice that I was a little stiff. He recommended taking about two tablespoon of apple cider vinegar a day. I did do that and it works. You may want to do research about this as well.
 
I have a lot of arthritis I am currently battling and I received the same recommendation. I will let you know how it comes out.
 
Finorg i too myself have found some great healing from apple cider vinegar except I used it for acid reflux disease and it really helps I have no idea why but it does and i'm grateful well thanks for sharing Godbless.
