Apple, hmmmm good. :shade: It is very delicious and crunchy. This fruit is very popular among consumers. It benefits your body in many ways so if I were you I would eat one a day. Let me tell you why Apple is good for you, it is required for your normal growth and development, and it is healthy for you.

The benefits of apple is that it has low calories. Other fruits in the groceries might have 100 or more but apple only comes with 50 calories. Wow, 50 calories is not much. They also do not contain any saturated fat and cholesterol but they are rich in dietary fibers. All you pretty lady who are trying to grow their nails, I suggest that you eat some apples so that it can grow faster. It is good for slowing down cancer in the digestive system. Apple has a great source of vitamin-C and beta carotene. Apple also has small amounts of minerals such as; potassium, phosphorus, and calcium. This helps counter the effects of sodium.

I love apples but some can be bitter and a bit disappointing. Thanks for sharing the benefits with us. My body is thanking me.
 
I eat an apple every morning with my breakfast (but without the skin. I never did like the skin of the apple, because it always used to get stuck between my teeth. EWW, OUCH!. So I always peel it first and then cut it up real small so I can take my time eating it).
 
Apples can be used to help treat and prevent some diseases. Some of these include asthma. Studies have shown that children with asthma who drink apple juice per day had less wheezing than those with asthma who do not drink apple juice regularly.
 
apples are great. but so are a lot of other fruits. it is best to eat what is locally available in your area fresh and pure. eating close to nature is amazing for humans.

If it were a feasible option for me- living off the land, and enjoying God's tranquil creation, would be a far better alternative than the stress of modern society.
