I'm 24 years old I have 3 kids and my youngest is 9 months old. I lost the weight with the first two but I am really having trouble losing the baby belly with this last baby. Does anybody have any advice for me. Is there any tricks to getting rid of baby belly?

Have any of you guys heard of Trimspa its a diet pill? Well I just bought some but I'm kinda afraid to take it. I was just wondering if any of you all have heard about it. Let me know. Natashia

The right way to take care of yourself physically:

1. Eat right
... no junk food (processed sugar, fat, high carbs, high sodium, etc)
... do not eat late (a couple of hours before bedtime is reasonable)
... instead of traditional 3 large meals a day, divide them into halves, 6 meals and some snacks in between as you feel hungry (snack bar or fruit for example)

2. Exercise! There is no free way to success. You want to feel healthy and look in shape, you need to work out. Cardio, running/jogging, walking daily. Weightlifting (light weights perfect for women/men to burn fat and tone up)

3. Pray: Ask GOD for guideance and strength along the way!

That's true but I can tell you all one thing. Once you start to see results, that will up the motivation and make the desire to continue forth to be stronger :)

Everyone should exercise. Treat the body as a Holy Temple that GOD referred it to as

1 Corinthians 6:19
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;

Cali, Thanks for the advice. I'm not like obese or anything. I just have to lose about 10 pounds to get back to my pre-pregnancy size. All I drink is water I stopped drinking diet soda about 2 months ago. I exercise for a solid 30 minutes in the morning and when the kids go to bed at night I'll do another 15-20 minutes of exercise. I also do alot of cleaning and running around during the day. So any way, I know eventually it will come off it will just take a while.
