Baked Dijon Chicken Recipe

Dijon mustard and Parmesan cheese flavor this oven fried chicken

RECIPE INGREDIENTS


1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Nestle Carnation Evaporated Fat Free Milk
1/4 cup plain, dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 (4-oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves


RECIPE METHOD

Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine mustard and evaporated milk in shallow bowl.
Combine bread crumbs and cheese in separate shallow bowl.
Dip chicken into mustard mixture, coating both sides, then into bread crumb mixture. Place in prepared dish.


Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and no longer pink in center.

Please don't remind me....
People need to do more home cook meals than take out, at home you get to control the ingredients, and there is a surety that its fresh.

And of course its cheaper.
