1 pound box ziti pasta
1-26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (any kind)
1/2 pound ground beef
16 ounce container cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese, diivided
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile brown ground beef until no longer pink; drain. Add spaghetti sauce and heat just until heated through. Add pasta, cottage cheese and 1 cup of the mozzerella cheese. Blend ingredients and transfer to a 13 x 9 glass baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Yield 8 servings.
