I tried these following basic exercizes everyday for a week and lost five pounds. I now weigh 140.
-50 push ups
-80 sit ups
-Jogging for 15 minutes
-Eliptical exercise machine training
-15 lift ups
-Stretching
I didn't have to watch my meals or anything.
I don't know, just thought it be helpful.
