We are told in 1 Timothy 5:22 and in Revelation 18:4 not to partake in other men's sins. Many of us have jobs so that we can buy food and clothing, and pay our bills. But some may have employers who ask you to do something that goes against your faith. And so you are left with the decision to either hold to your faith, and perhaps lose your job. Or with some, they will give into this temptation to partake in others sins, so that they may keep their jobs.
Let me give you an example. During this Covid pandemic we saw cases where hospitals were labeling people who died of unrelated deaths as dying because of Covid. People who died of vehicle accidents, heart attacks, gun shot wounds, etc. were being labeled as Covid deaths. All this was done so that the hospitals could get all the $$$$$ related to each Covid reported case, and to also further the agenda of those in medicine, science, the government, and the media.
But in order for all these cases to be mislabeled, somebody had to have others who were willing to lie and fudge documents. I’m sure some where told to do this by their superiors, or else they would be fired. This is what it means to partake in others sins, by going along with others lies. If you choose not to go along because of your faith, then you are serving God by serving righteousness. But if you go along to save your job, then you are serving sin, and you are also serving the unrighteous mammon. And we know by Jesus’ words, we cannot serve 2 masters.
Sometimes our faith is tried, and sometimes you will suffer for holding to your faith. I know because in the past I have been transferred and fired from jobs for standing fast in my faith. But even though I was out of work from time to time, I never lacked having everything I needed. Even though you may suffer from time to time because of your faith, in the end, the Lord will greatly reward you for serving Him by serving righteousness.
