In a land with a million people displaced by a hurricane, yes a few hundred will die by common bacteria. I wasted a lot of time and energy listening to Steve Quayle warn of race specific diseases intentionally released,(and he dreamt up that stuff 50 years ago) but in the past 15 years i have found no evidence of such a thing.
