:clapping:♥ This is something I made my own version of. I think it tastes better than the all ready made version at the stores!♥

You will need:

♥ Set your oven to 350.

♥ an 8x8 pan..spray with PAM or rub with some oil

♥ 1/2 bag of frozen (or fresh you decide) taters (hashbrown cubes) Like Oreida.

♥ (seven) 7 eggs scrambled

♥ 1 pound of either sausage or bacon...or your fave meat

♥2 cups your fave cheese

♥sour creme (you chose how much you want..i use about 1/4-1/2 cup)

✿~Fry up taters in a large skillet. When they are done, set aside in a large mixing bowl.

✿ Crumble sausage(or other meat) in skillet and fry up until done.

✿ After the meat is done, scramble eggs.

✿ When eggs are done, add meat, eggs, taters, and sour creme in a big mixing bowl and stir until blended.

✿ Pour into 8x8 greased pan and sprinkle with 2 cups of your fave cheese.

✿ Cook for 15 minutes and then enjoy!

YUM Sounds like bachelor cooking. I'm gonna try it!

where are your vegetables? :P

i'd personally go easy on the sausage/bacon and cheese, toss in diced onions and peppers. or some fresh spinach. or some broccoli crowns. top off with some creamy avocado slices..

I am not a bachelor....It is something that just sounded good...I am a girl and married so can not be a bachelor! LOL!

The vegetables are in the fridge or at the store. LOL!
I do not like onions, peppers, and only like spinach in salad's. I do not like avocado either. As for broccoli, I like it but only by itself. Yes, I do like veggies, usually by themselves. I don't care for eggs too much... and not a big fan of sausage but mixed up like this I do like. I would not eat this every day for breakfast but on cold days or once in a while is fine to me.

You can add your own twist to it and modify it anyway you want. Everyone has different tastes.

Hello all.

That recipe is far to complex for bachelors.

N8VFlower I will be over your place soon for dinner, yummo.

I have instead of using pork sausage, I have started using turkey sausage and I like it a lot better! I also sometimes use fat free or low fat sour cream. I still think that regular sour cream tastes better to me anyway, but will use what I can get. LOL!

Thank you for sharing! I'll definitely recommend this recipe to my friends. :)
