Why do people pick on others and what do they get out of it and what does it add to their lives? Why do people torment someone so bad to the point that they want to leave their job? Why do they want to run someone off? How is that adding anything to their lives?

There are two types of people. 1. Repentant sinners. 2 Unrepentant sinners.

Then there are levels within each category.

An unrepentant sinner is someone who does not feel the need to repent of their sins. Make right their actions. They do not care about who they hurt. They are living for themselves. The rule that governs their day (in layman's terms) is ''Do as you want, whatever pleases you, avoid getting caught and being hurt as that sux''. It is a teaching that is at the core of atheism and satanism.

Scripture tells us to pray for them Matt 5:44.

What we need to understand is the fact that if they do not repent and make right with us and God, they may be spending an eternity in a place surrounded by people just like them.

It is very uncomfortable and soul destroying to be the victim of bullying. It can mentally affect one their entire life. We need to dig deep and be Jesus in the situation. Many Christians have been victims just for being kind. Nice. Caring. They did not even need to say anything. It is seldom logical. There is simply a real inner hatred that someone who loves what is evil has for those that hate it.

We must not let bullying change us for the worse. We must use it to make us stronger. Motivation to study scripture more.
