Cackepan/ pot/ Bread

Need one deep cake tin (pan ) or deep round pot greased

7 cups of Cake flour (must be cake flour)
2 10g Sachets of yeast
1/2 cup oil (I use olive oil)
20ml sugar
10ml salt

+- 1 and half Liter lukewarm water or more. ( The mixture must not be stiff or to runny but soft)

Mix everything together with hands. Mix manner is with is stir, crunch and turn in circels with the hands. This is the secret of it all..Sound like a mess, but believe me you get good results. Mix +- 180 times.....this is also a secret of the recipe.

Preheat the oven 190 C. 375 F. gas 5. before puting
mixture in cake tin/pan/pot. Cover it with a plastic bag and keep in lukewarm place till dough rised. (not to high out pan/tin/pot)

Bake bread +- 1hour till brown and bread has shrunk slightly from sides of the tin/pan/pot. (If you knock lightly on the bread it must give a hollow sound)
