Can anyone suggest some bible verses that could help me with my patience.
I am new at being a caregiver for my step grandfather. And he's driving me nuts!!!!.

experience tells me when i am being pushed to my limits i am being tested. Just pray and rely on God to provide you the love needed to care for Him. maybe it driving your step grandfather nuts to be in the position he is in.

the servant isnt greater than the master. Jesus suffered. Jesus drank from the cup that the Father gave Him. to know Him is to share in sufferings. adventually, this to shall pass.

Here is a couple of Scripture the Lord is giving me every time patience is at the end of my rope. LOL

James 1:4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

Luke 21:19 In your patience possess ye your souls.

If you know some songs, singing joyful songs to the Lord can also do bro.

Being a caregiver can be very trying on the patience. Remember he is probably more upset about loosing his independence or not being able to do the small things himself. Try not to take anything personal, and go in with the mindset of "how would I feel if I were in his shoes".

Here is a list of things to ask the Lord for. It may be an idea to include your grandfather while praying these scriptures as well.
