A long time ago, I said I didn't forgive somebody. Now, and for a long time since then I have forgiven them. Can I still be forgiven, even if I haven't spoken with that person to tell them I forgive them? And what about this scripture? : "Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them;and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained." (John 20:23)
