i want to get into the chat room, but it keeps telling me i haven't made the 10 post minimum requirement

The rules are clearly posted when you join! They are there for a reason. That is why talk Jesus is a safe place. We work very hard at keeping the trouble causers out. That is why there is the rules. You should be happy because it was alot more time to wait but Chad changed it. So instead of complaining Be happy!

I am able to access the chat room but not the shoutbox... is there a difference? Please let me know?

Grace, shoutbox is the small chat "box" in the home page area below the header. The live chat is just that, the live chat room you enter when you click the live chat link in the navigation bar on the right side column also found on the home page.

They should both work fine for you. It probably depends on your browsing settings.
