We had a really yummy pie a few weeks back at our Bible study made by a sweet southern lady (we live up North).
She made her normal apple pie - crust, apples and such, then put a few dalops (spelling?) of cherry preserves on top, spread it around and sealed it with a second crust. YUMMY. And easy too. If you make pie crust the way I do - Pillsbury red box.
