Christ Is Never Changing

through out churches in america we are taught that there is no such thing as sactification and deep faith emeadiatly in christ.

Many simply do not understand the resurrection power in the New Man and the awesomeness of the Holy Spirit.

this is a great point. but i guess it is hard for people to see the truth when the truth is not even here. we are taught to look for material things as a sign of our faith. there are way to many false teachings and corperation or business churches out there today. it is not even about christ anymore or what christ did or is doing in our lives today.

Siro Kirit is an example of Paul's words: "For to me to live is Christ, but to die is gain." Philippians 1:21

Thanks ushalk that is a great story of Christ being unchangeable. Hebrews 13:8

the lord gives us great things. ya know the true point of this shows once again that man has made the church a business rather than about christ.

our God is not a change god.
when He says you are his child, He will never abandon you.
when He says He has forgiven you, He will never bring it up again.
when He says you will have eternal life, there is no second thought.

In our relationship with Jesus... we are the ones that always change... we change so much that we think He has change...

Jesus truly never changes but people stay the same. I have been doing some reading about the folks in the early church. Their problems; wrestling with their flesh, wrestling with their teenagers, watching for false doctrine, etc. Other than the technology we have the rest seems the same.

man is constantly finding new wickedness to do. this is why christ is never changing. if he changed then the gospel would change. but it is not christ nor the gospel changing, rather the way that man wants to make the flesh of people feel good so that they can keep on getting those tithes coming in.

In agreement Chris.....

He is never changing , all in control.

1Ch 16:27 Honour and majesty are before Him
