Those who claim they have the Spirit of YH in them they why do they not call Him Immanuel
Probably because of these verses -
But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
(Matthew 1:20-21 KJV)
Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.
(Matthew 1:24-25 KJV)
Just to note, the capitalization was an addition (invention?) of the KJV, as there was no such distinction in the old Greek manuscripts, nor in the previous Bishops or Geneva Bibles.
Also as an additional note, the only NT occurrence of Emmanuel is as a reference to Isaiah.
Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
(Matthew 1:22-23 KJV)
Truth be told, though, the word "Jesus" or
Ἰησοῦς wasn't written in the intial Greek manuscripts either, but rather one literally sees what is called the Nomina Sacra.

The Aramaic is transliterated into Latin letters as EmanuIyl, so there appears to be only the one Hebrew word that was copied into other various languages in their alphabet.
