Christian Meditation: Renew Your Mind in Him

I have just bought this as an mp3 download, and it is also available as a CD and I want to recommend it here as it is filled with truth and is a useful tool to aid meditation and renewing of the mind - it has affirmations based on scripture about our identity in Christ. I have to say that no one can change our minds than God Him self.
Sometimes we maybe fighting battle alone.. not realizing we should be seeking Him and not battling alone.
You know what i mean?

Undouptly its God's word and fellowship with Him that gives us peace in mind.

God commands us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds, which is by the word and by the Spirit. Listening to the mp3 is rather like listening to an audio bible as it personalises scripture - and faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God (Romans 10:17). I think that listening to personalised scripture is a positive thing as are other things like listening to Christian or worship music or doing memory verses. I personally had in mind to listen to the mp3 whilst going for walks in the future.

right but God also changes us... Its always more of His work than ours
