Comfort in the cosmos

I find learning about the cosmos very comforting; it surely solidifies in me that only the one true God, Lord of Lords and King of Kings, could create such a bewildering, mighty, awesome, incomprehensible realm. So, I share with you a youtube video, that my son Austin, shared with me about the cosmos. In conclusion of the video, God is so awesome and wonderful! What can we do without Him?!

And our Lord knows each star by its name....Astounding!

It really puts into perspective (Or can it really) these Scriptures:

For my thoughts [are] not your thoughts, neither [are] your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For [as] the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:8-9​

Now consider these. NLT and a few other versions which use the Word "Universe" in these Scripture verses. Makes them even more amazing to contemplate!

Do you know the laws of the universe? Can you use them to regulate the earth? Job 38:33 NLT​

And the same one who descended is the one who ascended higher than all the heavens, so that he might fill the entire universe with himself. Ephesians 4:10 NLT​

And now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son. God promised everything to the Son as an inheritance, and through the Son he created the universe. Hebrews 1:2 NLT​

By faith we understand that the entire universe was formed at God's command, that what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen. Hebrews 11:3​

If not for Christ could we even begin to understand God? For even with Him, we can scarcely comprehend what we can only believe through faith.
