Also, for anyone who's curious: I'm bisexual, and have dated a guy before. I'm also a furry, and don't believe in god because if god is real... why I was stabbed 3 times to make a recovery on-time from medicine and science saving me, not god?

Realizing that this is an online Christian Community Forum I'm sure you were going to expect an open arms welcome being you have self identified as an atheist.

It's okay! You're not the first to come here nor I'm sure you won't be last.

First to get to answering your question. Sorry, can't happen. No one here can do what you are asking. If you were converted by man the first time around, which is implied by your topic heading, then you weren't converted the first time either.

Many people who do not know the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior, and sadly, even some who profess to. Are of the belief that saying a few words is what makes one a believer in Jesus. Maybe, on the surface it may appear to be that way, but inside there is that nagging doubt that all you're being fed is some line by a charlatan, or someone who is under some delusion. I'm sure if you professed to be a believer in Christ Jesus, that this may sound a little familiar or similar to what you have experienced?

The Bible does speak of a person truly converted who goes away from the faith:

For in the case of those who have once been enlightened and have tasted of the heavenly gift and have been made partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, and then have fallen away, it is impossible to renew them again to repentance, since they again crucify to themselves the Son of God and put Him to open shame. Hebrews 6:4-6

But since I'm not really positive that you were a converted, Holy Spirit guided/filled believer. There is still hope! That is if you are interested?

Both inside and outside of Christianity it is acknowledged that Jesus or Yeshua Hamashiach existed, and was a real person. These are historians, and even most scientific atheist don't disagree with this. So, if you still don't believe in the existence of him. It might be better to do some research on it. Can't do all the leg work for you Just realize that the data in historical records are out there.

Just read this devotional and thought of you. Not that it would uplift you, but it saddened me to realize it could easily be speaking of you. For without Jesus in your life and the hope we who believe have to look forward to. I don't see what it is that is above man's contrivances that would provide for the amazing tomorrow for you to look forward to even, as my life in the flesh starts its inevitable downward spiral to death.

You need to seek Jesus. With God there is no debate.
A christian follows Jesus, yea? So follow Jesus. Then you will find what you looking for. If you need help just say Lord, help me in my unbelief.

There might come a time when you (or someone else) are near death, and you dont know who to call on. Well just a heads up, only Jesus can truly save anyone.

No doctor, ambulance or science or furry can ever save you. They could maybe prolong your life (such as it is) for a bit longer, but they cannot give you eternal life. They cannot raise anyone from the dead. The truth, which you need to face up to...sooner rather than later is, we did not create ourselves. God is our maker. If you get to know Jesus, you will get to know God, because God is Jesus Father, and Jesus is His son.

I am glad to see you say you are now more agnostic. You are thinking more. A pure atheist position is nonsensical. As Isaac Newton says' the thumb alone convinces him of a great God's existence'.

Conversion to Christianity is something God does. Consider the story of Peter. Peter was the most faithful disciple. Yet He did not know Jesus was God in flesh until it was revealed to him Matt 16:16-17. So nobody can call Jesus Lord, except God reveal it to them 1 Cor 12:3. Christianity is being able to truthfully profess that Jesus is Lord John 3:16.

The Bible says that God is good Psalm 136:1. It also says that God is light with no darkness in Him at all 1 John 1:5. It says His enemies are those who love what is evil. Those that love Him, hate what is evil Rom 12:9 and desire sincere repentance Psalm 51:17. Christianity is a belief that God of the universe lay His life down for ours. No greater act of love exists John 15:13. This has to hit a cord in the mind and heart of every person.

The discussion you need to have with yourself is...where do you stand on your hatred or love of what is evil and wicked?

You have said you are bisexual. According to the bible you are pulling the middle finger to God. Showing zero respect to Him. Committing a sin that as Jew in the OT would have got you stoned to death. Do you not care about the potential reality that you are upsetting your Creator at such a high level? A Creator that loves you and lay His life down for you?

There is no worthwhile debate to be had until you are able to understand the truth to being a God fearing person. Currently you are someone who has heard the gospel and yet chooses to hate what is good and righteous. You are in a dangerous place.

Hell is not bad because God tortures you. Hell is bad because it is a home of wicked people.

You say in your OP that you are upset with God because you got injured. You need to try and understand that the devil wants to paint God with an evil brush in our minds. If you just think on the matter properly you should see the light to his deception. God gave you those doctors. What did you expect? A miraculous healing? His protection when He knows your heart is far from Him and...hates Him? God is not boastful. Boastful is evil. God is good, not evil. If you are after God for His power, you are not good. But rather then full of your own pride. Prove me wrong. I will debate this any time and any day with you. God allows problems to hit us. He wants to see and he wants us to see where our hearts lie.

That is alright. Just because You dont believe in God. Doesnt mean He doesnt believe in you.

I know a man who also didnt believe, as you do now. But God had me talk with him. I had never met him before, but God showed me everything i needed to see. It was like a video in my mind.

I told him details about his life no one else knew. After i left, i prayed for him.

A few days later, i met the man, Mike, again. In my profession it is rare to meet anyone a second time. Truck drivers. He had an undeniable encounter with God. Something he knew was real.

About 6 months later he became a christian. We still talk to this day.
