Could an AI created person rule the world?

Artificial Intelligence is limited in what it knows to "facts" that are cut and pasted from the internet. It only has access to anything its home server is liked to, like a database. You would probably be surprised if you knew how small a web ring is, compared to the numbers of computer servers and client portals online.

Another thing most people forget about artificial intelligence is that everyone can tell when they're online with one, because any question has to be answered by a list of access portals with file references. In other words, artificial intelligence can't read, all it can do is redirect a keyword search.

Many don't even see AI is in charge of China military n where their residents are allowed to live n shop..
AI knows all our likes n dislikes can obtain info of where we are at any given time. Know who is faithful to their husband wife boyfriend or girlfriend. Can pull up anything ya have written on messages or internet..anything we order it knows..
AI is a legal citizen in China happened a few years back also I believe she is a legal citizen in Sweden n another country...
