Well... its people motivated by satan, who manufactured the virus and released it, despite it not being that deadly, but with the full press of the propaganda arm of the democrats, making people fear it to be as bad as the black death of the middle ages, and shaming people who arent easily made to be fearful, to be so... or else. Its all to cause chaos, and prepare us for a one world govt, under the UN but controlled by a small group of people who tell their flunky's under them what to do. They probably didnt have a truly deadly virus ready just yet, so they released this one that can kill some with other health issues and already compromised health. But they had to do it when they did to keep one of the few positions of power that wasnt under the influence of the NWO, to be replaced by someone who will follow orders of the NWO (the president of the US). Although the current PM of the UK is also not part of the NWO, but his govt is so thoroughly under the NWO, it would probably take him quite awhile to free it up.
