1 pound of crab meat
1 cup celery
1/2 onion chopped
1 cup Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning
1 teaspoon Morton's Nature Seasons
3/4 cup mayonaise
1 egg, beaten
5 bell peppers, halved, seeded
Tumeric (optional)
boil bell peppers 5 minutes, drain and cool
mix all the other ingredients
Line baking dish with non-stick aluminum foil
stuff the peppers and arrange in baking dish
bake at 375 for 15 minutes until brown
sprinkle with tumeric (optional)
