Hello, I currently have had a lot of drama the past few days, and I believe god has talked to me and wants me to go speak to someone I dont want to speak too, out of fear, can someone help me get reassurance as to if I speak to this person, or if this is my conscious and not god?

Mainly, throughout everything that happened, I stopped being an unloyal manipulative *******, finally got morality, and have been focusing on a relationship with god, while as before I was very driven on my deeds, I would only act on things I thought were right, and barely even knew god. As a result god was not involved with my relationship i had with this person, despite me claiming i was christian back then

regarding your initial question you have about 'if or if not' .... go and see if the door opens or not. Sometimes it is the mere decision to go and do as you are given unction to do that is suffice, and the need for doing whatever it is, is removed and/or filled by God Himself in a more perfect way. Learn of Jesus Christ and His words to you in what He will do for you as your personal Good Shepherd & Friend. That is the only way you can grow in your relationship with Him by getting to know Him and His words to you.

Like learning about His purpose is to destroy the works of the devil in our lives so we can hope in Him to follow Him as we ought.

1 John 3:3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure....
...8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

So if you have been misled to make a religious commitment to Christ in following Him or made any religious promises, ask Him to set you free from your commitment & promises to rest in Him & His promises to you that He will help you to know Him in His words & to follow Him by your faith and trust in Him as your Good Shepherd & Friend to help you to follow Him.

We can only live this reconciled relationship with God the Father through Jesus Christ. So learn of Him and may you find rest for your soul.

If you're sue that God's told you to speak to someone, you need to do it. No questions, no ifs or buts. If you don't you could be spending a few days in the inside of a whale . Maybe not literally, but the short and narrow is that God does not like disobedience. What's the problem? He / she might think you're a mong just coming up to them unnsolicited and chatting; so what? You've fulfilled what you believe is an instruction from God. Who's disapproval do you fear most?

Just do it bro, don't worry! Pray first and then speak with confidence. May God bless you.

Well, its not that this is a random person, this is someone I know who me and her have hurt each other majorly, mentally and physically, Im worried this person hasn’t reached out to me like God claims they have, i guess apart of me is just having issues passing the final test, all throughout this week this same voice has been testing me and making me do good and generous things, but mainly the lesson of them is trusting this voice and stepping out of my comfort zone so this voice can prove to me im protected
