BENEVOLENCE
Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
his love endures forever.
Psalm 106:1
FROM THE FATHER'S HEART
My child, there's no need to hoard My blessings. Fresh mercy is available to you for the asking. Goodness is My inherent character. My love and benevolence last forever. If I went about doing good, so can you. If My love was extravagant, not stingy, so must yours be. No, you can't do it without Me. But if you'll keep coming to Me as an empty vessel, I'll fill you up and pour you out. I'll shine My love and goodness through you.
A GRATEFUL RESPONSE
Lord, You never contradict Yourself. And even when I don't understand the way You work, and sometimes question Your decisions, You can never act in any way but out of love toward me. You will never stop loving me. Thank You for Your benevolence, Lord.
SIMPLE TRUTH
Sin may crimp the flow of God's blessings temporarily, but it will never cut off the Father's love for His child.
