LORD GOD ALMIGHTY
Day and night they never stop saying:
"Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was,
and is, and is to come."
Revelation 4:8
FROM THE FATHER'S HEART
My child, praises are beautiful to My ears. The angels worship Me daily. Their voices fill the halls of heaven with sweet melody. But what really delights Me is to hear the music of your life, My child. I long to hear your praises. Has anything silenced your voice? Let Me remove it and turn the minor notes into a major symphony. I am the Lord God Almighty, the One who first gave you a song. Listen carefully. Do you hear the music stirring again?
A GRATEFUL RESPONSE
Lord, at times Your name brings ambivalent feelings. Strength, majesty, omniscience, holiness—all stir up a reverent fear. And yet Your goodness, faithfulness, and love draw me closer to You as a personal God. How I long to bow before You like the angels, and in Your presence sing "Holy, Holy, Holy" day and night. In all ways, You are the Lord God Almighty—of the past, present, and future.
SIMPLE TRUTH
Even the deaf ear can hear the music if it is in touch with the great musician.
