MY FAITHFUL LOVE FOREVER
I will betroth you to me forever. . .in faithfulness,
and you will acknowledge the Lord.
Hosea 2:19-20
FROM THE FATHER'S HEART
My child, I courted you long before you loved Me. I loved you when you were unlovable. And even when you turned away from Me for a season and ran after other lovers, I chased you with My love. I waited for you, like a father for his prodigal son. You can never run too far away. I'm not about to lose your love, My bride. I will search for you to the ends of the earth and bring you back. I love you that much. I keep my covenants. I remain your faithful love forever.
A GRATEFUL RESPONSE
You are my faithful love, forever pledging compassion and faithfulness to me. Even when I've turned away, You have not divorced me, Lord. You looked deep inside my heart and loved me not for what I was, but for what I could be in You. I love You, Lord. How could I ever leave You?
SIMPLE TRUTH
Jesus—always love, always joy, always peace.
