ONE BORN OF GOD
We know that anyone born of God does not continue to sin;
the one who was born of God keeps him safe,
and the evil one cannot harm him.
1 John 5:18
FROM THE FATHER'S HEART
My child, those called by My name don't make a habit of disobedience. I am the One born of God, and you are born of Me. You don't have to take in boarders when trouble and temptation stalk the rooms of your heart. When they show up, tell them you're closed—for renovations. I will take care of those who want to harm you. Though others may try to hurt your body and mind, your spirit is safe forever.
A GRATEFUL RESPONSE
You are God's miracle to us, the One born of God. Because of who You are, I can hide in the safety of Your arms, knowing that You will protect me from harm. Because of whose I am, I can rejoice in the knowledge that I am loved and celebrate Christmas every day.
SIMPLE TRUTH
When a door opens, make sure it is God who opens it.
