I, in search of the answer to "Is grinding bad?", came across this website: 'Shall We Dance? Bible study on dancing.'

I just wanted to know if this article is right or not. Because i feel some of the points go to extremes unnecessarily. for example it says that a father dancing with his daughter at her wedding reception is bad; it says that waltzing in public is bad also.
i understand and accept that if done with bad/impure intention, then it's bad. but with innocent intentions, why would it be a sin?
