Dancing

Hello All.

I Totally love dancing and have been dancing since the age of 5.I started with ballet and of course every little girl wants to be a ballerina.I gave it my all and devoted myself to it with everything. It became my first priorty from an early age.

A good couple years ago our family joined an awesome church and they had a dance ministry and i've been dancing there ever since. It is so awesome to worship God in this way.In rehearsels and productions,or whenever the we dance ,it's just me and Him, no one else matters but God. I've learnt so many other dance styles and even taught hip hop and ballet to kids.This is the talent that God has given me and by teaching others new dance styles and moves, by worshiping Him and honouring His name through my dance,this is my way of giving back to Him.His the only one that can either increase or decrease the talent He has placed inside of you.Now God is my first priorty and through His strenght i am more than capable of doing what He has planned for my life and that's to ministry to the unsaved through dance and worship.

God is totally awesome in every possible way.

Amen sister and welcome to 'talkjesus'

In the larger churches here in the U.K. and also at the National Camp meetings we have people who are able to express their joy, our joy too, in worship and praise in the dance.

This form of expression of devotion to Jesus, has come too late for me to take part in it. I do however appreciate those who do this. As I write I recall how Miriam danced before the LOrd with all her might......after the Israelites crossed the Red Sea. In Jesus there can be such an over flow of joy, dancing before Him becomes a natural way of expression.

I pray your dance before the Lord will be long, and a blessing.

"You set mt feet a dancing, you set my heart on fire, Lord Jesus".

hello butterfly,
i just what to let you know that my daughter is taking ballet,she has been doing ballet since she was 4 yrs and now she is 6yrs old ...she will be going back to ballet pretty soon.she is going into 1st grade August 28th......we live in california
