Decibels of sound

We learn of war and strife all the time. I never before considered a certain aspect - the sheer terrifying noise. I understand that guns, fighter jets, bombs are so loud the impact on ordinary people must be so terrifying.

Even watching films we don't have the real impact. So many Americans own weapons so they must practice. How do they stand the decibels? What of soldiers in frontline warfare - the noise would be appalling. So how do they deal with it - are they all deaf eventually? Along with rock musicians and their fans!

60 db is comfortable sound level. 140db is the threshold of PAIN.

Contemporary "Worship" is 93-98 db.

That is way too loud. Why do they need to be at that level? That is rock concert level.
That's the way (aha, aha) they like it, in the larger Assemblies of God operations. I just turn my hearing aids off to make it comfortable. I can recall when there was a "Song Leader" - now we've got a "Soft rock band" and a "Worship team".

I am certain such noise is not necessary. I too have a hearing aid, I'm too old to put up with excessive noise - even raised in praises.

I am astounded to read that most firearms in battle are at 100 to 140 decibels. That is extremely damagingly loud.
Soldiers are given ear protection but most lose some hearing.
So how do American people who own and shoot guns cope with this aspect?

King James Bible
And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

Christian Standard Bible
The LORD thundered from heaven; the Most High made his voice heard.

The next time we hear The Voice of “GOD”! All Creation is Going To Know it is “THE Voice Of GOD” His is going to make “The Mountains to Bow!

And all The Weak and The Strong The Atheists the male and Female The Lion, The Tiger and The “LEVIATHAN” of The Sea Will Tremble! the Oceans The Ground and The Planets will Shake!

And HE has THE Power to make us endure The Sound!

Whether young or Old.

“there is no respect of person with “GOD”.

Age do not mean nothing to GOD.

He is The Potter.

The Bible do not lie like men to appease men and women and children.

GOD is GOD! And Heaven and Earth would Run if They could hide, when he appears.

When Jesus, it is going to be Loud, The Sky is Going to Crack, You will know it is “The SON of GOD” the ants, the dogs, the cats, and The TURTLES TOO!

I did not Say “GOD the FATHER” I said “The SON of GOD”, but The Day Will Come when”My [our] FATHER WILL Speak!:eyes:

AND THERE ARE NO HUMAN WORDS THAT CAN DISCRIBE That kind of VOLUME of POWER that Will be Express.:pensive:
