On one hand we have verses like...

2 Tim 3:16 All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness;

2 Tim 4:2 preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction.

Php 1:15 Some, to be sure, are preaching Christ even from envy and strife, but some also from good will;
Php 1:16 the latter do it out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defense of the gospel;
Php 1:17 the former proclaim Christ out of selfish ambition rather than from pure motives, thinking to cause me distress in my imprisonment.

Tit 1:9 holding fast the faithful word which is in accordance with the teaching, so that he will be able both to exhort in sound doctrine and to refute those who contradict.

Php 1:7 For it is only right for me to feel this way about you all, because I have you in my heart, since both in my imprisonment and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you all are partakers of grace with me.

These verses tell us to reprove, rebuke, correct and defend the Gospel. Although admitted 2 Tim 4:2 says to do with great patience.

On the other hand there are verses like...

Rom 12:18 If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men.

Tit 3:9 But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and strife and disputes about the Law, for they are unprofitable and worthless.

Rom 13:13 Let us behave properly as in the day, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and sensuality, not in strife and jealousy.

Gal 5:19 Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality,
Gal 5:20 idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions,

So rather than get into a bunch of scripture wars here. I am curious, what do you think Jesus would do if he saw someone preaching something contrary to God?
I didn't want to put this is the polls and just have two answers. "Defend of Gospel no matter what" or "Be at peace no matter what", Because I'm not sure it's
ever that simple. So I genuinely and sincerely ask.... what do you think we should do?

Hopefully there will not need to be any debate here, but all opinions all welcomed.

Didn't Paul, even have MUCH STRIFE with his ministry and SOME fellow 'workers''?
[THERE WAS A LOT OF ''TELLING OFF'' AND WALKING AWAY going on with leadership]
but......
a divided house cannot stand - yet we see 33000+''divided houses' in the church system still going.
a ''divided house' really refers to a person who will follow other teachers and have a wandering carnal mind - tossed to and fro with 'winds of doctrines' and undoctrinal theories..
is this not the church scene? so many branches, so little fruit of power and divinity.

defend the Gospel - is to tell the truth - THE TRUTH SIMPLY 'IS' - and then allow truth to do its work.
what is the truth SEE 2 TIM, V 9- 10- 11 - THAT GOspel- THAT A.B.O.L.I.S.H.E.S. death - well lets say - this one has not really been preached for the pews still die. alas.
Yet again consider this '' MOST SHALL HATE THE TRUTH'' and also remember THE TRUTH IS THE PERSON - YESHUA.
Lots of changes needed.
none can walk around like a religious goose - i.e - all talk - but the truth is THE GOSPEL COMES WITH POWER and this POWER IS the power of kingdom ushing in our divine transformation of the redeemed.

lets cont....
Jesus had John His Beloved friend WRITE about man ruled over churches - rev 3 v 18- 21 - now what most sincere peopledont get is JESUS IS OUTSIDE THIS SYSTEM ''knocking'' so now we ask WHO IS INSIDE preaching if Jesus is outside of it.
SO THE TRUTH IS - JESUS IS NOT THERE.
the wretched, blind, miserable spirit of ANTI-CHRIST is and is very appealing to the majority who learn under 'apostate' teachers.
Infact UNLESS THE SAVIOUR IS YOUR TEACHER you dont even hear the Gospel but traditions of men - that have made THE GIFT OF ETERNAL LIFE VOIDED.
well now ; some will say '' not in our church'' so look around, has your branch/sect/creed REPRODUCED just 1person with the same powerfilled divine action minister in the same quality as the Prince of Peace...........if not why not?
if your'e not being fully reproduced as the image of the living Saviour, the lord of life - your just in a system ruled by dying men. YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BECOME THE IMAGE OF CHRIST HERE AND NOW - A PROCESS of daily dying to misconceptions,flaws, strongholds, ..... but who does this.
few - we are told find eternal life and when the plan is revealed - FEW shall be saved.
saved from sin
saved from death.
inact John heard the number it is 144,000 WHO FOLLOWED THE Lamb + NO OTHER WILL THEY FOLLOW. - the redeemed.

Actually that is a very good question B-A-C, I will be reading the replies.

Be at peace
1John 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
