Depo Provera

Hi there, I just thought I should post this in the health & fitness section.

I was on the Depo Provera for 4 years and to my horror, but thanks to the Lord's help, I came to realize that its the biggest poison you can ever inject into your body, why I was to blind to see this I do not know. It causes you infertility, to gain weight, loose bone density and have mood swings. My personal opinion - this stuff is straight from satan.

I am due in December for my next shot, so from December I can expect changes and a new beginning. There is nothing too hard for the Lord and I believe He will flush the crap completely out of my system - Amen Hallelujah!!

I'm now struggling to lose weight though. I'm at the gym 3 times a week, having a healthy eating habbit, like always and I'm drinking allot of water - I live in one of the most hotest and humerd places in South Africa - how can you not.

Some days I really get depressed about my weight and how this stuff messed up the temple of God, but I just keep the faith and know that the Lord has a plan of making me completely free. If the Son sets you free, He sets you free indeed, no matter how small or how big the hold on you is.

In those 4 years I also realize I have a terrible case of ostioperrosis, never knowing that it was the injection, but the Lord knew and He is truely a faithfull God and by giving my heart to Jesus last year, He healed me from this disease, but what good is it if I'm still taking the poison which caused all of this in the first place.

I just want to come and bow to our Lord and King. King of all kings, Lord of all lords and humbly thank Him, for showing me something even I did not know.

To thank Him for being a Shepherd to His little sheep 24/7!!! You really are an awesome God, I praise Your Name forever! I love You with all my heart!!

And that sister Sheep!! He KNOWS!! We all make mistakes!! And no matter how high we think we are on a mountain,we find as we look from it,that there is yet another mountain to climb from the one we are presently on! We think WOW!!

Hey Lord do you know how hard it was to climb this one??? LOL Oh he knows!! Jesus just says, do not look back to where you were,but rather look forward in me to see what I have in store for you! FOLLOW ME!! Not for a day,an hour a minute,a week, or even a year,but follow me forever,for it is only in me,you may have not only what you need!! But want in me as well!

Many people never talk of valleys,perhaps because they feel so low,that it is not worth talking about! But from the valley of life comes something supernatural!! A light to follow. no matter where we are.

Those in the valley without this light,are indeed in great darkness,but even they need hope,and that is why God puts many of us there with them for a time,so we can show his Light to them,so they can also follow,even as we do in our Jesus!

To be a light on the hill,one must first get to the hill! Without light we would lose our way! But with Jesus ,who is our Beacon LIGHT! We can continue to follow even in a low valley!( matt 5:13-16) We at times always look to what we lack,rather then where we have come from!

This weakness we all have,comes from GRACE!! Grace given to us in this valley!( 2 Cor 12:9-10) The favor of God can be looked at much better from a mountain,then from a valley,but it is from the valley,where great light needs to be given!! The higher we are in Christ,the less light we need,because we are closer to him! Grace is favor,and favor, builds faith,which grows in us, to continue! Jesus loved as much in the valley of life,as he does from the Mountain! We need to always have this love remembered by us as well. Blessing all!

Hi Brother Brighthouse.

Thank so much for your wise words from Jesus. Mistakes is what makes us stronger and if we never do anything wrong, how can we ever know that Jesus is our Councelor and Helper if we always do everything right I'm just so gratefull Jesus opened my eyes to this.

I now tell everyone about this injection and what it did to me. All things really work out to the good of them that love Him I'll be having my good old self back in no time with the help of Jesus. I also got myself a good suplement with vitamins and minerals to help my body back to normal again and keep it there.
