Did God repent, and change His mind about sin?

Seems to me many people have changed their minds about the dangers of sin, but not God.

God is not soft on sin, never has been, never will be.

Hebrews 13:8
Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

Nope God is not slack about sin.
Or our wages for doing sin. For the wages of sin is death. This has not changed, nor will it.

We have many standing at the pulpit dead in adultery and wonders why their church isn't growing. They wonder why the congregation is lacking in spirit. Where is " being in one accord" with God?

The abomination of desolation is standing where it ought not to be.
