I need some help again please. :embarasse

My brother has me on a diet, so I an healthily lose weight. The first week, he had me walk a half a mile. This past week, I have had to walk an entire mile (which I am barely being able to make as it is) and next week, I am supposed to walk a mile and a half.

I have never done exercise like this in my entire life. I want to lose the weight, but I can't do all the walking. I tried talking to him about it, and telling him that I could not do this walking all at once. He did not want to hear about it, and yelled at me for 20 minutes straight- until I was in tears

When I try to explain things to him, he either ignores me, or will not let me even finish my sentence. He keeps saying the same thing after the same thing. So, as a result, I can't speak. What do I do? Would someone please give me some advice?

I have prayed to the Lord, but I still do not know what to do.

Eat a healthy diet and get exercise as walking is a good exercise. I walk most days as I have no transport and buses are not cheap. Your legs will get used to walking and need to be used. Just seek God first and ask Him to help you. Those who do not use their legs to do walking can end up with problems later in life and then have to start going for walks too.

oh hunny i got your back on this one.

My brother did the very same to me. So much so he had me write down everything i ate and it started when i was eleven years old. He asked me to come stay with him in Dublin for a few weeks and when i did he dropped me off seven miles from his house and told me to walk home. I cryed the whole road i was so lonely. When i objected he just did not listen to a word i said.

My brother did this out of love but he did it the wrong way. I wasnt even that overweight mabey a few pounds.

Thank you both so much. I am trying to do it, it just seems so hard right now. I know the only reason he is doing it, is because he cares. Because, if he did not care, he wouldn't try to help me at all. Thanks
