Digg A Thread Weekly!

I just came up with a new worthy idea I believe. As some of you know by now, you see 4 mini icons below every post in all threads. These are for linking back to other social bookmarking / community sites. They are

Digg
Technorati
Furl
del.icio.us

Now, my idea is to have as many people as possible to click on the Digg icon in particular for the week's selected thread. We wish to aim at reaching the lost through the Digg medium, which reaches millions of people a day and gives great exposure to Talk Jesus. This ultimately would glorify our Jesus Christ and reach lost souls. I wish to maintain categories based on evidence of Jesus and questions / answers commonly asked about GOD.

How will this work?

• I will post a specific thread every Monday in Press Stand
• You visit the mentioned thread and click the Digg icon and respond in the thread as you normally would.
• Tell other members and friends about this idea!

Its a great site really, aside occasional secular topics you expect to find on the net in general. They do have a profanity filter too. I find it safe and valuabel internet tool.

The only problem is that Digg is 90% atheist. They will not accept the bible as fact in debates, and they will not Digg this thread.

We are not GOD to know the hearts of men. We preach as commanded and plant the seed while someone else waters. It is not our right to assume who will accept or reject Christ. GOD will do His work through His Spirit. We need to do ours faithfully instead of sitting around making assumptions about how many people are atheists on Digg. I find it really silly that you even make such assumptions like that so please refrain from such assumptions again. Its invalid and a little selfish to those who need to be preached to.

he-hee, Jonah did the same thing---He said, "Lord, I'm not going to preach to those Ninevites, they're so evil, they're too far gone." So he ran away on a ship and they threw him overboard. Then a big fish swallowed him. Inside the fish, Jonah prayed day and night for 3 days. On the 3rd day, the great fish spit him out and Jonah went and preached to the Ninevites. The whole city was saved; they repented and had the power of God fall upon them!

Who's to say digg couldn't do the same thing as Jonah preaching to the Ninevites, if God is in it. If God is for us, who shall be against us?
