so many come and give their for Christ but let me ask you this how far are you willing to carry your cross? Are you willing to drink from the same cup Jesus did?
Then you have some that carry the spirit of Judas on them. You will either be a hot, cold or luke warm. I know that at times we all fall short of the Glory but we don’t want to be a luke warm church. Have you laid down all of the worldly ways? Your body is the temple how many of you still desacrate the temple? With things of this world. I know that some of you may think this is a hard to speak word and think I am judging but I will say this to you it was a hard word for me to swallow as well. luke warm means fence riding for example do you see a pastor standing up in church Sunday morning and ministering Gods message Then sitting down Sunday night with the boys smoking drugs? I would hope not. For our life in church needs to be the same at home. You cant live to life styles you can only serve one master. You cant be a heathen all week and go to church Sunday service and play saint that is double minded or as I call it fence riding. Your either for the Kingdom or your not. I have heard many Christians say this well we are not perfect only one was that is why he was crucified. Well have you heard the term discipline your flesh or crucify it daily. You can take authority over your flesh you can have the power over it. That is the reason Jesus went to the cross so we may have the power given to us by the blood of Jesus. Some of you may think that well you don’t know where I am in my walk with God. Maybe I don’t but God does. He has called us to be examples witnesses to those who are lost. Those around you that are not saved watch your ways . Look at the twelve disciples
Did you hear of them sitting around cussing and acting un Christ like. No they were there feeding those who were lost they were out there walking with Jesus to heal the sick. They were wanting to be all they can be for the Lord. They wanted to serve any way they had to please the
Lord. Should we not take on the character of Jesus and strive for perfection instead of using this line That God knows we are not perfect and loves us for striving to be perfect. In is sin no matter form you look at it lust is lust adultery is adultery . Stealing is stealing and point blank No matter what sin it is you cant do it knowingly then run to the alter for forgiveness and make it right. We all know right from wrong God has revealed truth to us and its up to us to put our flesh under discipline. Walk in the path of righteousness and sin no more is that not what the word tells us repent and sin no more. For many will holler Lord ,Lord but how many will he know.

Matt 7:21-23
21 "Not everyone who says to me, `Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, `Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?' 23 Then I will tell them plainly, `I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'
(from The Holy Bible: New International Version.

Luke 6:46-49
46" Why do you call me, `Lord, Lord,' and do not do what I say? 47I will show you what he is like who comes to me and hears my words and puts them into practice. 48 He is like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built. 49 But the one who hears my words and does not put them into practice is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. The moment the torrent struck that house, it collapsed and its destruction was complete."

This is one reason why I dont participate in religious liturgy or institutionalized religion. People learn to act like christians rather than become disciples of Jesus Christ. In order to gain influence the religious system has had to compromise time and again until today where it isn't set apart from the world at all. You can find the same behavor in the institution as in the world. I agree with a lot of what you are saying, but going to a religious ceremony isn't going to help people overcome their flesh, fellowship with the Holy Ghost and being crucified with Christ will.
