2 cor 2:17 I do not know who this is for, but am led to speak a tad on this. After receiving Jesus I wanted to share him with everyone,it was with a great zeal as well! The poor soul that lived next to me was an unbeliever, and I stopped by his house at least 3 times a week to check on him. LOL He endured me for a while then said brother do you believe the Bible? I of course said yes, and sat me down to read a scripture I will never forget!( proverbs25:17 which says "Let your foot rarely be in your neighbor's house or he will be weary of you and hate you." LOL I get the hint I said!!
Please do forgive me for being such a pest to you,I was not thinking of others at all only myself,i shall only come again if you invite me. May My Jesus bless you, as you, through him, not knowing, have taught me something most valuable! 4 months went by,and he sent word to me, he wished to see me,so I went over, again thanking him for the words he spoke. We sat down on his front porch, had some cold drinks, and he said,
When a man wonders about himself and his life he looks very hard to be in the right position to hear back,he does his best, but seems to always come up empty. Then an event, like a parade comes by, and suddenly he gets it,he has somehow, not by any work of his own, has become in the right position! I went to Church for the first time in many years he said, and lo and behold a child of 12 came up to me and said( rom 13:11-14) quoted it all without help! The child smiled and left. I received Jesus as a child brother, because that was the position i needed to be in!( matt 18:1-6) Sometimes to humble another,we ourselves must become humbled. It is never wrong to speak upon Jesus, but what also is so very important is we also live our best as his workmanship! amen James 1:22
